Meet the Cleantech Management Team
As Cleantech Service Group’s CEO, Iain’s focus is to guide, manage and foster the company’s growth and success. With a degree in construction management, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and a comprehensive background in cleaning and related industries, his diverse skill-set complements Cleantech’s entrepreneurial spirit. Since joining the company in 2005, Iain has been instrumental in creating the framework, policy and process that is enabling Cleantech to be an industry leader in service deliverables, training, staff retention, and customer satisfaction.
With a background of almost 30-years consulting with, owning and operating various companies and small businesses, Steve has a hands-on appreciation for customer needs and service excellence. Coupled with his experience with Xerox Corporation, and previously with the military, Steve’s passion for systems and effective operating procedures ensures that Cleantech’s team of cleaners, janitors and caretakers deliver consistent and superior service, every day.
Dennis spearheads and oversees Cleantech’s HR and Training department. Vested with more than 25 years of HR experience both international and domestic specializing in mid-size and large organizations, Dennis is responsible for the portfolios of OH&S, Risk Abatement, Legal, Employee & Labor Relations, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition & Development. Having rich experience in the various industrial sectors, Dennis’ employment history encapsulates substantial HR management roles in the building maintenance service industry.
Jasmail Kaur, CPA, has a passion for finance and challenges herself to go beyond the numbers and provide financial expertise and leadership and work with the management team to provide the best value for our clients. Having grown her career in the legal, construction, productions and pharmaceutical industries her position as a Senior Financial Analyst at Paramount Pictures Canada gave her the opportunity to merge IT with Finance as she spearheaded the ERP implementation in the Toronto office. Originally from Singapore, Jasmail has a keen interest in meditation and yoga and enjoys taking long walks with family and friends. She believes that a healthy body works well with a healthy mind.
Kim is the maestro of administration and the driving force behind many new initiatives and company events. Accounting, payroll and a custom-designed, customer-centric data program enables Kim to track contracts, assist with quotations, and provide support to sales and operations.
