By the way, I have to say that your man here does a great job.  Just as importantly, he may be the most upbeat guy in Vancouver. He’s always got a smile on his face, whistles and sings constantly as he works, and is simply a pleasure to have around.   It’s so nice to see somebody happy in his work, and he certainly reflects well on your company.
