As client demands grew, International Building Maintenance expanded its services and ventured into janitorial contracts in the early 1990s. Recognizing the need to establish a separate entity to manage the growing janitorial operations, Cleantech Janitorial Management was incorporated in 1996. With a dedicated team and a commitment to excellence, Cleantech Janitorial Management built strong relationships with clients and continued to expand its presence in the industry.

In 2011 International Building Maintenance and Cleantech Janitorial Management merged to form a united entity under the name Cleantech Service Group. The merger combined the expertise, experience, and resources of both companies, positioning Cleantech Service Group as a leading provider of comprehensive facility maintenance solutions.
